This is a project I did for the European Union Center at Illinois and which consisted of designing a feedback survey that balanced user experience with data collection needs. I applied UX writing principles to increase engagement and generate actionable insights from participants.

Designing a more helpful Help Center 🔒

A content design project for Brightline, Florida’s high-speed rail service. The work focused on redesigning the Help Center to simplify navigation, improve information findability, and reduce customer support calls.

Content design for a bilingual AI agent 🔒

I worked on a bilingual voice AI agent for Fanatics e-commerce division. My role was to design conversational scripts ensuring natural, culturally appropriate interactions in both English and Spanish. I was also in charge of selecting synthetic voices for the AI agent.
