Open D Express is a web-based chatbot that I developed for OpenDialog. Open D Express offers delivery services (e.g., scheduling the delivery of an online order). The chatbot was developed as a demo to showcase OpenDialog's software capabilities, and it is now part of OpenDialog Academy and OpenDialog's documentation.

This is a voice AI agent I designed for the US-based fintech company Avant. It is a customer service solution built with a hybrid approach that combines structured flows and generative AI. The AI agent was created to handle common customer requests while maintaining an intuitive and respectful user experience.

Merry Maids voice AI agent 🔒

This is a voice AI agent I designed for Merry Maids, a home cleaning company. It was built entirely with LLMs and integrated with the company’s APIs. The AI agent is able to deal with a wide range of customer interactions, from quotes to scheduling, while ensuring efficiency and a positive user experience.
